This is one of the best made motorcycle hitch racks that I have ever seen!It measures 12-1/4" x 24-1/2" and has a 7-1/2" tongue. The tongue measure 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" so it slips easily into a Class I receiver hitch. I used this on two different GoldWing 1500's and never had an issue with it. it rides solidly with no rattles.Solid steel construction with a diamond mesh bottom. The welds are smooth. There are 6 'U-shaped' attachment points - easy to use bungee cords or a cargo net.It's in very good condition and currently has 3M reflective tape (removable) on the back and sides.$100 or best offer** I am pretty sure that I have the waterproof bag made to go on this rack. As soon as I find it, I will post pictures and adjust the ad/price accordingly. $100 asking price is for the rack only.**
