1963 Harley-Davidson Panhead Custom
Used 1963 Harley-Davidson
The frame and front end were purchased out of Kentucky built originally in the 70's. The history of the frame is unknown, only the initials "K Jorli" are welded into the transmission crossover bracket. The frame, tank, and fender were taken down to bare metal, prepped for the 3500 mile ride to Born Free from Seattle Washington, then molded and prepped for paint by, Denis Babin. The paint is truly one of a kind and captures the spirit of the 70's, which was the overall goal of this custom build. The engine was built 2 years ago by Thom and has a little over 9000 miles on it. The cases are perfect, 1963 FL cases with matching bellies and not a single repair. The engine was built up with 84" truett & orbourne torque monster flywheels, h-beam rods, jims pinion, crank and mainshaft, jims races, Andrews J grind cam, Keith black Pistons and rings, STD heads, kibblewhite valves, S&S springs, OEM timing chest gears, OEM tappet blocks/ tappets/ pushrods, OEM oil pump, OEM cylinders .030 over, cycle electric generator/regulator, and an S&S Super E intake and carburetor.
