Description:
1968 Triumph T100C restoration project with matching engine and frame number. This came to me as you see it now so in dismantled form and almost everything labelled and I know nothing of its history. There are no documents of any sort other than a bill of sale from me to you so you will need to sort out registration yourself. I appreciate it is not so easy to buy a pile of parts over a complete machine but having several T100C's in my own collection I have been able to confirm more or less what is there and what is not and the only big things missing I can see is the front mudguard and the chainguard. It looks like all the old nuts and bolts and original fittings are present. The frame is nice and has been repainted ( as have some of the other black parts) and all it needs are the steering stops replacing and there are a pair of new ones included. Wheels are complete but rims are tired. Forks complete but again will need stripping and overhauling but there are some new bush's included. Sidepanel, oil tank, rear frame loop, swinging arm, numerous brackets, passenger footrests etc etc all look very decent. Also the correct folding riders footrests are good and present. Bash plate and its fittings are present and just needs some light tidying up. Rear mudguard does not have any splits and will go again with some minor work. Complete rear light unit is present. Seat is not bad but not perfect but does have a nice solid base. Petrol tank looks fairly good too but is sligthly damaged where one of the petrol taps fit so needs heating and pulling back in to shape. There are a new pair of petrol taps included and a pair of new knee grips. Speedo and bracket is there but no idea if it works or not. There is a new wiring loom plus the original with every cable labelled! original cables and some new ones. A new rear chain and various links,2 new spark plugs,1 new inner tube, new battey but no acid included. Original under petrol tank reflector assemblies. Still available at ListedBuy!
