Honda Metropolitan scooter for sale! I purchased this scooter in 2008 and it's still like brand new because it has barely been ridden. It has 237 miles on it. It tops out at around 50 mph, so you don't need a different license to ride it around traffic. It takes one tank of gas to fill it up and it's good for a month. It does have some scratches from being dropped on its side. The battery is dead from not being used, but other than that it runs like brand new. It's a great way to get around town inexpensively, especially with rising gas prices.I did purchase a very thick, heavy chain to keep it from being stolen; which is available for seperate purchase for $100, which is less than half of what I paid for it.I paid $2500 for the scooter when I purchased it in 2008, but am only asking $1200 now.
