The E model was a low production in 1944 and shipped to police departments during the war years The motor an original matching belly numbers, and a clean title and the 3 speed reverse tranny is #4 date code cast in the caseThe motor was rebuilt ( top and bottom ) with NOS and original parts ( where needed ) it was line bored, new bearings, new pistons/rings carb rebuilt, rocker boxes cleaned, rockers replaced ( original rockers) new seals, and NOS parkerized I will respond or can speak with you directly about the bike, and or conditionI can travel to deliver the motor and tranny for a price, delivery pre paid) or package and ship it ( forward air) More pics can be forwarded upon request, please allow 24 hours as the bike has been put back after photosMotor is for sale locally, and has had the original springer windshield sold, as well as the motorcycle extinquisher ( its been replaced with a standard pyrene extinquisher)The bike ran and shifted perfectly when stored, all gas was drained and kept in a heated garage Motor has had 200 plus miles put on since rebuild in
