** 1947 Velocette KSS ** which is a incredibly uncommon and preferable motorcycle and this one has documented winning race history by a very long time. The motor and frame are as originated from the manufacturing facility in 47. This was an initial street version however the lights were removed back in the 50's. Lights could be re fitted fairly easily. Everything is and works in great shape although the clutch could likely make use of a change in the future. There is one small blemish on the top of the tank.The bike has the initial rebuilt BTH magneto.The bike has a fairly uncommon, desireable and Valuable BES Megaton reverse megaphone silencer which is in immaculate condition as is the header pipe and the rest of the bike to be exact.Factory Dunlop rims and Avon rubber with lots of tread.Again, this is an extremely, desirable and extremely rare collectible British bike and you will likely not have another chance to have one as they are very unusual and do not change hands really often.Lights can be fitted fairly quickly and all the parts are available!
