This rare R51 motorcycle was originally built in the 1950's by BMW as a second post-WWII unit. This hard to find (extremely uncommon) motorcycle was recently restored to a mint condition, and is cleaner than any other bike of its kind.This 51' BMW R51/3 has a smooth black finish, and accents throughout. A iconic emblem rests on the tank of the bike as a reminder of the motorcycle's historical past. The traditional seat is a two-piece build with a classic style. Everything about this classic bike has been fully restored. The 3.50/19 Metzeler Block C5 tires provide safety on the road. The 2 cylinder 4-stroke 500cc engine has a huge amount of power speed. This powerful engine also features a 4.5 gallon fuel tank, and an uncommon exposed drive shaft located on the rider's right side of the bike.
