Torpedo 150 from the famous Manufactorer Torpedeo Werke A.G. Frankfurt / Germany. A beautiful piece of History from Post War Germany. Back in the 1950's they had two engines available - a 150 cc and a 175 cc, where the 175 cc was the much more desirable engine, it produced about 3 HP more than the 150 cc engine, a revolution back than. This Torpedo 150 has the Factory Upgraded 175 cc engine with engine Nr. # 1353650 - Torpedo used exclusively Fichtel & Sachs engines. The 175 cc engine boosts 9 - 9,5 HP.This Classic Motorcycle is all original and in good running condition - it is truly fantastic and a dream for any collector. It will be close to impossible that you pull up with this Torpedo Bike and you'll see another one - anywhere. As rare as the bike is itself - it's Provenance and History is equally rare.
