HIGHLY collectible and exceptional!! Offered for the very first time. From front to back, this charm provides a look back over 6 years. With unforced patina returning 57 years, this device looks and feel that can not be reconstructed or restoredBike runs, shifts and begins easily. We begin with the power plant, the high compression FLH motor., matching tummy numbers, perfect serial numbers, this motor has most likely never been apart. All evidence and history reveal this to be a virtually untouched bike, minus a couple of probabilities and ends. A lot of the original CP-1038 bolts are in location, and device has "the feel" of a bike that has never ever been apart.Although I can not be sure, in the interest of being entirely candid, it appears that the front fender could have been partially repainted, although definitely with HD color and probably over 50 years back. I will post close ups of little location on fender.The oil tank is also original paint, with FLH decals as well as original patent sticker behind center post on frame. Frame is original paint, and appears flawless without any scrapes below. Small pinstripe included by owner when Kennedy was president.Original one year BIG BERTHA saddlebags with Harley logo design stamped in cover, uncommon crash guards for Big Bertha bags comes with bike. Dual exhaust with Buco fishtails. Owner installed 59 and later on rear fender suggestion. Transmission original to bike. Speedometer rebuilt by John Bordas Speedometer. Initial rims, lights, spokes, brakes, generator, horn, center stand, oil filter, carbohydrate, etc. Little piece of fin damage imagined on heads. Initial floorboards, mats, crash bar, chain guard, tool kit, lights, bucket, cabbage cutter, and front fender pointer/ tank badges are OEM. The bike begins and rides easily, excellent feel decreasing the roadway. Initial Buco windscreen also comes with bike.This bike includes Title dated 1962 and with two original keys.The bike has not been registered in 20 years.Exceptional device, requires a few small things, tires ought to be changed, some electrical wiring done. Wiring was re-done sometime lots of years back.
