Description:
S & S Cycle "Sidewinder" 93" Stroker racing engine. Specially engineered ported & polished double spark plugs per each head to accommodate all the fuel. All Manly oversize stainless steel valves, guides, keepers. Each head fly cut to accommodate higher valve lift. S & S Cycle 540 degree lift racing cam. Very nice! DYNA - S electronic ignition with DYNA 4-plug coil. (Beats any other ignition I have ever used.) Complete engine and transmission fully polished. Harley Davidson electric start incorporated into transmission along with a reverse 'inside' that transmission and redesigned Harley ratchet lid shifter, all belt driven. Rear axel is what we in the racing industry termed positive traction in the '60s, actually is a limited slip differential, racing chain driven. Extra strong and designed to run inside a secure teflon track to curtail chain slap which improves torque. Original Mag wheels housing L-50 racing slicks covered by original Harley front fenders split a little to accommodate 11" wide racing slicks. It holds like an Indy car, completely aero dynamic whether you are sliding sideways due to twisting the 1/4" travel throttle or simply attaching to winding roads. All leather seating is custom upholstery with the accents running with the lines of the bike. Harlequin DH 991 Magenta to Gold color changing pigment paint. As any sunlight, or any other light source reflects on the painted surface, the colors change. How about that! Do your own calculations as the cost of the paint pigment alone is $66.00 an ounce. EACH ounce is $66.00. The flames on each fender are relics from that 1959 era, and are Sunset Red bordered with Gold Leaf striping. Very cool. The rear spoiler houses four 1959 Cadillac tail lights for an even better accent, and strengthens the rear fenders. Five gallon Fat Bobs each hand painted designs bordered with gold leaf striping. Triple plated chrome through Alberts Chrome, Cheswick, PA. Hand controlled four wheel disc brakes. Folding platform on left side to accommodate wheelchair, briefcase, ect. or is totally removable. Should you desire forward controls & brake attachments, option and costs are yours. Simple adjustments. Trike has 413 miles on it, recent total rebuild. Current license, inspection, title and can be rode away today. I am a handicapped scooter tramp and my trike will work for any walking person, too, as well as handicapped riders as I built it for me. Wheelbase is close to sixty-nine inches and the trike width is around fifty-four inches measured across the rear fenders spoiler. I have about $30k in building receipts for this project.
