It started its life as a Greeves 200cc Scottish Trials bike back in the early 60's - it was refitted with a Triumph Tiger 500cc kit from the UK back in the late 60's - this amazing piece of machinery is just waiting for the right person too screw the quick action throttle, either in competition of road use The engine is believed to be one of ten produced for the Royal English Navy in 1967 with low compression, responsive cam, single carb, different gear ratios and an outside selection lever. The bike is equipped with electronic ignition, mirrors, quiet muffler, speedo, lights and horn - it is ready for the road Rear brake is by cable, Sammy Miller bitz, Greeves handle bars, English rims, Amal quick action throttle/carby, Triumph head-light, Enfield muffler, chain-oiler, a special purpose built alloy oil tank/air cleaner box, motor/gear-box refurbished, brakes and suspension renewed - starts and runs beautifully.
