The "factory" Harley Davidson KR 750cc flat track racer was 1st introduced in 1952 and was the 1st bike of its time to utilize a unit construction engine with a foot shifter and hand operated clutch. Although it was a relatively low tech flathead engine design, the HD KR's were very successful on the flat track circuit, winning nine straight AMA titles between 1954-62, with a total of twenty AMA titles in a 20 year spanTotal engine rebuild by John Swortwood and total restoration by Steve Deubach and Includes the Following: H.D.
