The "factory" Harley Davidson KR 750cc flat track racer was 1st presented in 1952 and was the 1st bike of its time to use an unit construction engine with a foot shifter and hand operated clutch. Although it was a reasonably low tech flathead engine design, the HD KR's were extremely successful on the flat track circuit, victorying nine straight AMA titles between 1954-62, with a total amount of twenty AMA titles in a 20 year spanTotal engine rebuild by John Swortwood and complete restoration by Steve Deubach and Includes the Following: H.D.
