Top end rebuilt including new forged .020 pistons,valves, valve guides, primary chain/clutches, and rebuilt magneto w/key fromMorris Magneto. Matching belly numbers on the engine cases with NO repairs,clean/original Harley serial number and clear Ohio title in my name. New brakes, tires/tubes, swing arm and neckbearings serviced, rebuilt/re-chromed front lower legs with new bushings andgator boots, original Linkert DC12 carburetor with 27285-57 NOS throttle bodyassembly and nice original air cleaner w/choke in place. Rebuilt 12 voltgenerator and 74511-65 NOS Bosch voltage regulator, original handlebars/gripswith internal controls, magneto retard on left grip, complete working steeringdamper, fork mounted correct 1965-66 120 MPH speedometer (shows 10505 miles but true mileage is unknown) and 8G Smiths tachometer.Everything works including the horn. This Sportster runs, rides, shifts just asit should. NOS parts on the bike include 62503-52B horseshoe oil tank, 34600-54shifter lever, 42410-52 brake lever, 33061-52 kicker arm, 65519-52 exhaustclamps/bolts, 43497-64 complete 19” Boranni aluminum front wheel/brakeassembly, 68809-59A headlight visor and 45751-64 “XLCH” lower triple treecover, and a NORS replacement seat with original grab rail. Primary cover wasre-chromed and is perfect, correct chain guard in perfect condition, thefenders, gas tank and taillight professionally painted in Hi-Fi blue/birchwhite colors. Bike is fresh with less than 50 miles since completed. Includedwith the sale is a rebuilt oil pump (from oil pump geru Thomas LaFleur) that shouldbe installed, as motor tends to wet sump after it sits a few days. You would behard pressed to find a nicer/original classic 900 Ironhead Sportster. PRICE IS $7950FIRM. If this bike is not sold it will be parted out.
