I am the the prowl second owner of this wonderful piece of motorcycle history. The N15cs was an offering by the Norton factory as a street and competition machine intended for scrambles and desert racing. The bike is in very good condition with the following recent refurbishments:1. Front brake upgraded to a Norton Twin Leading Shoe brake for improved stopping power. The original braking system is included with the bike.2. Rebuilt Tachometer and drive cable.3. New battery, new front brake control lever and cable, new headlamp, all new fluids. Tires are in very good shape.4. New Rocker oil feed pipelines. New horn.5. New Hagan Shocks6. Installed rear chainguard7. New 100 watt alternator and Podtronics rectifier (including capacitor for battery-less operation8. Rebuilt carburetorsThis is a low mileage, “matching numbers”, bike that starts easily, runs well, and is a thrill to drive. With 50 hp and weighing only 390 lbs it has a good power to weight ratio. Clear Texas Blue Title.The Norton desert racers from the sixties are becoming quite rare and have an active following. Open the throttle and it’s 50 hp sound will put a smile on your face! For customers not local to the Austin, Tx - at this time we are only accepting wire transfer payments or Certified Check issued by a bank with a local Austin office.Draft Bill of Sale - MotorcycleThis bill of sale is between ______________________________(the "Buyer"), of ___________________________________and LOST IN TIME MOTORCYCLES (the "Seller"), of 6 Hillway Dr, Round Rock, Texas, 78664.The parties agree as follows:1. SALE OF VEHICLE.The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer and the Buyer purchases from the Seller, the following motorcycle (the "Motorcycle"):Location: Round Rock, TexasMake: NortonModel: N15csMotorcycle Engine No.: N15CS117694Year: 1966Vehicle I.D. No. (VIN): 1176942. PURCHASE PRICE.On or before the Delivery Date (as defined in section 6 below), in exchange for the sale of the Motorcycle, the Buyer shall pay the Seller the purchase price of $7,500.00 (the "Purchase Price"). 3. SELLER'S REPRESENTATIONS.The Seller represents to the Buyer that:(a) the Seller has good and marketable title to the Motorcycle, with full authority to enter into the transactions contemplated by this bill of sale and to sell the Motorcycle in accordance with this bill of sale;(b) the Motorcycle is free of all encumbrances, liabilities, and adverse claims;(c) the Seller will fully indemnify the Buyer from any lawful adverse claim to the Motorcycle; and(d) to the best of the Seller's knowledge, the information disclosed in this bill of sale about the Motorcycle and its title are correct in all material respects. 4. NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS.Except for the representations provided in section 3, the Buyer acknowledges that the Motorcycle is being sold "as is," without warranty, whether express or implied, about the condition of the Motorcycle. The Buyer must satisfy itself as to what is offered for sale, and by purchasing will be held to have satisfied itself that the Motorcycle is satisfactory in all respects. All defects and repairs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person or entity to assume on its behalf, any liability in connection with the sale of the Motorcycle. The Seller's disclaimers of warranty do not affect the terms or applicability of any warranty from the Motorcycle's manufacturer that may be applicable to the Motorcycle.5. INSPECTION.The Motorcycle will be made available for inspection by the Buyer or his agentTo the best of its knowledge, the Seller believes that the Motorcycle is being sold in good operating condition.6. DELIVERY OF MOTORCYCLE.The Seller shall deliver the Motorcycle, and the Buyer shall take possession of the Motorcycle, at the Seller's prescribed address, once the Purchase Price has been paid in full. The Seller shall ensure that the Motorcycle is delivered in the same condition as the Buyer's last inspection (or, if no inspection was conducted, as of the effective date of this bill of sale). The Buyer, either itself or through a third party, shall appear at the Seller's prescribed address during standard business hours to remove the Motorcycle. If the Buyer does not appear at the Seller's address on the Delivery Date to remove the Motorcycle, the risk of loss of the Motorcycle passes to the Buyer.7. CONVEYANCE OF TITLE.The Seller shall convey title to the Motorcycle to the Buyer when the Motorcycle is delivered to the Buyer and the Purchase Price has been paid in full. The Seller shall execute all documents presented by the Buyer that are necessary to finalize transfer of title and registration of the Motorcycle to the Buyer.8. CANCELLATION OF INSURANCE AND TAGS.Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Buyer will cancel any insurance coverage, license, tags, plates, or registration maintained by the Seller on the Motorcycle when the Buyer takes possession of the Motorcycle.9. EFFECTIVENESS.This bill of sale will become effective when all parties have signed it. The date this bill of sale is signed by the last party to sign it (as indicated by the date associated with that party's signature) will be deemed the date of this bill of sale.
