Harley Davidson FLH Panhead, original paint. First year with electric start, last year of the Panhead. Aluminum parts have never been polished like most panheads. I've owned this bike for the last 27 years. It had 13,400 miles on it when I bought it, it now has 19,560 miles on the original speedometer. The motor has never been rebuilt. The only time I used it was for AMCA road runs. It runs and shifts like a new bike. It is an exceptional example of a 1965 Electra Glide. The gas tanks are one year only, clean inside with the correct Easton gas caps. Front and back fenders are original as well as the oil tank and frame. It has the correct crash bars front and back. It has the original M-74B Linkert carburetor and Delco Remy starter. The headlight is a Motorcycle T3 in a triangle (not made anymore) and the spotlights have a triangle with a G (pic 7&8) inside. The whole bike is original except the windshield, it is a National Cycle, and the tires are a replica of a Goodyear Super Eagle 100. Check out the picture of the back fender. It has a sticker from Woody's Harley Davidson (pic 13), Binghamton, New York. I found ads for Woody's in magazines dating back to 1961-1971. I think this was put on when it was first sold. The four marker lights around the license plate have glass lenses. I have the original Briggs & Stratton ignition key with the key code. The neck lock key I had made. It is a Briggs & Stratton key, no key code. The chrome is very good to excellent, all original. The paint has a few small scratches and a couple of small dings, but what do you expect for a 58 year old bike. There are reflections in some of the pictures and dust, look at the pictures closely. There are two 3/8" holes in the back fender. I've put nylon plugs (pic 23) in them. New battery last summer. The collector license plate does not go with the bike. I have documentation of ownership back to 1980 which will go to the new owner. The motorcycle has a clear and clean 1965 Washington State title. This is the nicest un-restored 65 I've ever seen. (Payment has to clear my bank prior to pick up, cashier's check could take up to ten working days.)The Flying Lady Goddess, on the front fender, is a hood ornament from an early 1950s Nash Rambler. The fins on the saddle bags are also off a Rambler. It was pointed out to me that I have the wrong ignition switch cover on the bike. It should be the small cover, they changed to the larger cover after 1967.
