I've owned this bike for 10 years, but I recently picked up a white one like my first bike over 50 years ago, so I've decided to let this one go. It's a very original, complete bike with an original title from 1966. A decal on the bike shows it was purchased from Jim's Cycle Shop in Folsom, PA and it has a Pennsylvania safety inspection sticker from 1967. A real time capsule. The bike is easy to start, runs well, and shifts easily through all four gears. It does have an issue in first gear where, when starting off, it will hesitate a few times before you shift in to second gear. All the electrics work except the high beam and high beam indicator light. There are several scrapes and scratches in the paint, part of the 'patina' for a bike almost 60 years old. There are no dents in the gas tanks. There are no tears in the seat although there are some stains in the light-colored side vinyl. The inside of the gas tank appears to have been lined with POR 15 or other sealer. The chrome panels on the tank are not dented but have some kind of discoloration on the chrome. Both tires have good tread, the front appears to be an older tire, the rear tire has less than 50 miles on it.
