fully brought back Norton Atlas 750, packed with every you can possibly imagine period Dunstall bit. The bike wased initially imported to Berliner on June 3, 1966 as a "Norton Atlas 750," according to VMCC records. It was recovered by a previous Norton dealership in the mid-80s as a Dunstall Dominator, with many genuine, period Dunstall parts. The cost to purchase and professionally restore a standard/stock-equipped Atlas is at least equal to the buy-it-now price. To duplicate this bike is no doubt fairly a bit more, assuming you had the time and might discover all the Dunstall items provided right here. And if you do not such as the Dunstall cosmetics (fairing, seat and tank) then simply remove the fairing and replace the tank and seat with readily-available Manx-inspired or stock pieces for a more standard look. The Motorcycle Mechanics magazine cover image is simply to show how close this bike is to the genuine, period Dunstall machine. This bike is in outstanding cosmetic and mechanical condition, with minimal use because restoration. There's some little "rack" put on here and there (see pictures of 2 imperfections on the fairing lower and a fracture in the right ear of the fairing upper, behind the windscreen). The bike could utilize an expert detailing, but is still spick-and-span, showing simply under 40 miles considering that restoration. I purchased the bike from the former Norton dealer and conservator four years ago.
