I’m listing my Red 1966 Suzuki T20 with original paint. I got this bike from a friend of mine who used the engine for his own X-6 restoration. I put in a rebuilt non-matching numbers engine. This bike has great original patina so I resisted the urge to restore it. The bike is well sorted, runs great and shifts great. Great bike to restore or ride as is. You won’t see another like this, they’ve all been modified or restored!Everything on the bike works as it should. Comes with one original key and two copies, fork lock works also. Bulbs are NOS Stanley and they all work, even the parking lamp. Tires, tubes and rim strips are new. Brake shoes are NOS Suzuki, drums have been resurfaced for smooth action. Wheel bearings have been greased and seals replaced. Fork seals are new, forks have been filled with Bel-Ray 30W fork oil. Steering head bearings have been cleaned and repacked with grease. Rear shocks are the originals, swingarm bushings have been cleaned and greased. Air filter is a clean original Suzuki filter, these are nearly impossible to find. Carburetor air boot is original, still soft after 57 years. Carbs have been cleaned and rebuilt. Cylinders have been bored .5mm oversize. NOS Suzuki pistons, rings, wrist pins and small end bearings. Crankshaft has been rebuilt with genuine Suzuki bearings and seals. Transmission is rebuilt with NOS gears and shift forks. First, second and third drive gears are the updated parts with undercut engagement dogs. NOS clutch friction plates and a new RK chain. Oil pump has been rebuilt with new seals. NOS ignition points and condensers, new NGK spark plugs. New aftermarket ignition coils for a nice hot spark. Mufflers are clean original units, baffles have been removed, cleaned and painted. Exhaust head pipes are rust spotted, could use replacement or rechroming. The paint is all showing it’s age, but it’s only original once! Frame is still the original gloss black paint. Seat stainless trim was missing, the one on the seat now is cut a little short at the front edges. Fuel tank was coated inside by Elizabeth Radiator so no issues with rust or fuel contamination. All hoses have been replaced with Moose Racing tubing. Great bike to ride as is or restore, everything is there and properly assembled. This bike has no title, bill of sale only. I’ve owned and restored many of these T20’s, got my first in 1974 and have owned 9 in total. eBay won’t allow email addresses so the (@) sign is rejected, but I have other videos of the bike running on my YouTube channel, (@Cardoc88).
