Very rare and desirable 1969 BMW R69US. This is a triple matching numbers bike. Frame matches the engine which both match the title. With the telescopic front forks, these were produced in very low numbers. Only approx. 1100 or so were produced from 1968-1969. So, you are buying a pretty rare piece of BMW motorcycle history. The mileage is correct, 23,587 miles. Yes, this is the original paint and yes the bike is original except for the mufflers which were installed in 2006 and are a later R series muffler. Everything works, including all electrical items. I recently installed a new set of Michelin A8 tires on the bike. The bike still retains the original tool kit as pictured, stored away. All tools are still intact and have never been removed from the pouch by either me or the original owner. Still available at ListedBuy!
