It is not all-original, and not a museum-piece, but a solid, reliable machine that could be used as a "rider" as-is, or a perfect candidate for a resto, if one was so inclined. It's showing just over 36,000 miles, and to my knowledge, they are original.The biggest thing is that it does not have the original tank or bodywork. The previous owner, (a Honda collector), replaced the missing bodywork with a set of original K0 Candy Gold bodywork he had, as an homage to the original Gold Sandcast Brighton show bike. I think it looks stunning and I actually prefer the Gold to the Red or Blue. The paint and bodywork show age-appropriate patina, but still shines and looks good. The anodizing on the controls is aged, but it looks appropriate. Everything works as it should.The bike starts and runs just fine. I recently replaced the battery, rebuilt the front brake and carbs and changed the oil. The tires are Continental, and have low-miles, since they were replaced right before I got the bike, but they are 7 years old. So I wouldn't go canyon-carving with it. It is definitely a "rider-grade" bike that can be used as Soichiro Honda intended, and not just rot away in a living room somewhere, on display.The bike does have most, if not all of the rare sandcast bits that collector's love:Acorn mirrorsblack kill switchdouble-cut fenderleft-side horn mountsmall generator cover bossrolled rear rimshort chainguardfat exhaust clamps (the fins are fatter than later ones)exhaust pipe non-indented for the brake pedaloil line fittings/swages are smooth, not crimpedrecessed ignition keydished brake reservoir capall "number 8" boltsducktail seat with red foamproper two-hole rear fender
