this is a ground up build. starting with a bare frame, tank, and front triple tree. all parts were stripped to bare metal and painted in bright yellow using urethane single stage paint. tank was tu-toned with silver base then clear coated. engine was completely gone through . brand new 88cc big bore kit with race head. following is a list of new engine parts: gaskets, seals, transmission bearings, rod bearings, timing chain and cam sprocket, new oem kickstart shaft, this does come with a new 4 sp semi auto transmission and heavy duty clutch. a new 20 mm carb also came with the big bore kit. taillight, brake light, headlight, and dimmer switch all function as they should. engine cases , wheel hubs and top of head bolts were all sanded and polished. this is a passion of mine and as a hobby which I enjoy doing. these bikes bring back a lot of memories. this bike would look good on display in your man cave. starts and runs very well. sold with a bill of sale only. feel free to contact me with any questions you have and i would be happy to answer them........On Jun-20-23 at 08:35:18 PDT, seller added the following information:JUST WANTED TO MENTION A FEW MORE THINGS ON THE BIKE THAT I DID NOT LIST ON ORIGINAL POST. INSIDE OF GAS TANK WAS TREATED WITH EVAPO RUST TO ELIMINATE ANY SURFACE RUST. WAS FOLLOWED UP WITH CASWELL GAS TANK LINER AND SEALER. IVE USED THIS PRODUCT IN THE PAST AND HAVE HAD VERY GOOD LUCK WITH DURABILITY. FRONT SHOCKS ARE ORIGINAL. WERE TAKEN APART, AND CLEANED WITH NEW BOOTS , SEALS AND FORK TUBE GLIDERS. TAILLIGHT ASSY IS OEM ALONG WITH GAS PETCOCK. I DO HAVE THE ORIGINAL MUFFLER WITH ONE SMALL DING AND SOME SLIGHT CHROME PITTING , ALONG WITH STOCK HEAD AND CYLINDER JUG IF INTERESTED. THE BIGBORE KIT ALONG WITH CARB , HEAVY DUTY CLUTCH, AND HIGH VOLUME OIL PUMP WERE PURCHASED THROUGH TBOLT USA. HAVE HAD GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPANY, AND THEY HAVE SUPER TECH SUPPORT.
