Here we go with a very fine example of a very rare and seldom seen survivor .This is a matching number bike.1970 Kawasaki H1-500 cafe racer designed and to the best of my understanding originally built. The inner fork tubes had a little surface rust but it cleaned up nice.There is a small amount of very fine pitting on the right inner fork tube but it won't show up in the pics and it does not have any issues where the seals ride.The naked eye has to search hard to find it.The rear wheel is an 18inch baranni Akront .The linkage and shifter as well as the brake peddle is all set up professionally.The fairing as i have learned is monotracks own.The front fender is a dunstall.This is all pre 1971 body works and customization although the front stanchions are nos as is the brake peddle for the rear brake. The bike has been gone through by the previous owner and kept inside for years. Cared for by a true enthusiast.The clocks are in excellent condition..The rear tire is a continental with no dry rot and plenty of meat on it still.The front tire is new with the nipples still on it. The bike is ready for the street or if you dare. I'm not sure as to the brand of expansion chambers but they are in great condition with no scrapes or dents or abrasions anywhere.There is a small indentation under the left pipe where the side stand rides in the up position.The indentation looks and feels like it is there by design.The bike is really sweet from stem to stern.The baffles are of course in tact. Everyone is new at in the beginning and i am willing to work with everyone.The oil tank on the bike is functional.The oil pump is set up as it is supposed to be.The extra oil tank you see in the rear of the seat on the top is a reservoir for an automatic oiler for the chain.This set up is done very sweet.
