This is an ultra-rare Yetman framed Yamaha road racer. Check out that frame! So unique. It currently has a 180cc motor, but was originally made for a YL100, (YL1 project engine included). At some point, the owner decided to make it street legal and obtained a PA title ( not in my name but included). The previous owner must have had an HS1 in it at the time, since the frame was stamped with an HS1 vin, which matches the title. I have contacted Frank Camillieri, who made this frame while working at Yetman, and he confirmed it is one of the very few YL1 frames they built. It is one of two known in existence, the other is currently raced by Frank Camillieri with a TA125 engine installed. It will accommodate a variety of 60/70's little Yam twins. Frank recommended an RD200 for the most bang for your buck. Please see the last photo for a pic of the Yetman catalog featuring this frame. My intention was to bring it back to YL1 status, which I believe is what the little chambers were originally made for that are currently affixed to the 180 motor. This is a good old fashioned barn find, I have done no work to it, and regretfully an offering it for sale simply because I am out of room and have too many projects.This is a project, sold as is, as seen. Please ask questions and request any specific pictures, I have many more photos. Both motors turn over with compression, but should be rebuilt.
