1971 Norton Commando 750 restoration project. Not running. 25,583 miles. Has been off the road since 1988. Matching numbers for frame, engine and gearbox. low compression so probably a head gasket. Swing arm bushes worn. Small ding in frame tube adjacent to battery cover. Battery covers not original. Engine is not locked up. Ignition sparks. Headlight turns on. Easy restoration. Has excellent chrome on the wheels and the fork tubes. I put a rebuilt front wheel on it as the original chrome was pitted. Was originally a Hi-Rider hence the front headlight. Has new ignition switch, muffler mounts, rose nuts, handle bars and grips. Vermont title in my name. This is a restoration project.
