This is an immaculately restored Norton Commando 750 done up in a replica of the Classic Dunstall and Yellow Peril production racer of the era. The restoration was complete in 2008 and ridden very little since then. The owner had some health issues, which prevented him form starting a riding the machine as often as he would have liked. There are less than 300 miles on this fully restored machine.The bike was built to with the intentions of being a Dunstall replica. It has the Dunstall brakes and the Quaife 5 speed gearbox. The gearbox was completely rebuilt during the restoration. Engine was fully rebuilt back to stock 750 specifications. All fiberglass tank, fenders, side covers and seat were sourced from England and brand new when restored. The frame is from an 850 Commando model. The title matches the engine case as all old British machines do.We recently went through this machine and got it freshened up and road worthy. The bike is a kick-start only machine with a reverse right side shift pattern (1 up 4 down). Nearly everything on this machine is brand new and period correct. It starts on first or second kick and runs, rides and stops as it should for a machine of that period. The owner did not want to see it go but wants someone who would appreciate and ride this machine to own and use it.Feel free to contact us with any questions.
