The motor spins over when you kick the kick lever, but it has not run in some time, so it is being listed as a non-running project. It is being sold with a bill of sale only. It rolls and steers easily when pushed. See all 46 photos below for yourself and again it is being listed as a non-running project, so parts may need cleaned, fixed, restored and or replaced, and there are blemishes, pits, dents, scratches, etc., look at all 46 photos below!
