First generation Honda Elsinore 250. This is the original Japanese motocrosser combining the performance of European 2 strokes and the reliability of Japanese engineering. This example is far from pristine. It is from an estate sale and I’m afraid I don’t have any history on the bike. As can be seen in the photos there are some ugly repairs to the rear subframe. The bike kicks over and has compression, the tank is in very good shape, and best of all I have a TN title in my name. This is a great restoration project and these bikes seem to be going up in value and collectibility fast. Or, it’s a great opportunity for an AHRMA racer with very little work. Please review the photos as I tried to include high quality images from every angle and the photos tell the story. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO BUY THIS BIKE. Fine Print:I live in very rural Tennessee. Large trucks and trailers generally refuse to drive down my road. Before contracting a shipper, buyer must ensure that the shipper will pick the bike up at my address. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. There is a conservative reserve that is less than this bike is worth. I’m happy to show the bike to prospective buyers.
