My friend passed away in June and his family gave to me this scooter. It appears to have been last registered in 1982. I bought a new battery and new carb and it started right up. I'm not a scooter kind of guy however, I am a fair kind of guy. Given that , here is what I propose:1. You call me up and we get together and decide on a good and fair price.2. We visit DMV and pay fees, then me.3. We shake hands and then head for the closest pub . First 2 refreshments are on me.4.
