1975 Honda CR250M. The bike that took the motocross world by storm when it was introduced in 1973. This historically significant bike started the rapid tech advancement among the competition that led to the Japanese domination of motocross racing that continues today. It is a super clean, low hour, numbers matching, very original machine in excellent condition. The only non- original parts are the levers, grips, and the rear fender. It was just serviced with an oil change, carb rebuild, new plug and air filter, and 2 new tires. Starts 1 or 2 kicks, idles, runs great, shifts crisply thru all the gears, no leaks. Suspension and brakes work as they should. Seat has no tears, exhaust appears to be dent free, it even has the original silencer. Other than some light patina, it's only flaws are a few small dents in the tank which do not detract from it's impressive looks. There is no title,it's a dirt bike, comes with a bill of sale and a clean VIN check. Look at the pics, request additional pics, ask any questions, see it in person if you're local. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer or more original 1st generation CR250 for sale right now.The small print: There is no warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. I do not ship but will make every reasonable effort to assist the shipper of your choice. A $500.00 deposit is due immediately at auctions end and is non refundable. The balance must be paid within 3 days. I can store it inside for 15 days after purchase as long as it is paid for. After that a $10.00 a day storage charge applies. If you have a feedback score of less than 10, I will cancel your bid unless you contact me first. Sorry but too many people bid and don't pay. It is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.I accept PayPal, friends & family, Zelle, Venmo, cashier's check, wire transfer, and cash on pickup. The bike will not be released until your form of payment clears YOUR bank.
