Description:
An original matching number timeless 1975 Kawasaki Z1 900, Just serviced consisting of a compression check, brand-new NGK spark plugs, rebuilt carburetors, brand-new ignition points and condensers and brand-new battery. It has a K&N air filter. Begins easy and runs excellent, shifts great and handles/brakes great. The engine has no broken or missing cooling fins, no engine noise or smoke, and no leaks. Charging system works good together with all the lights, signals, even the signal out alarm works great. The low beam headlight is burned out. I'm a 55 year old bike mechanic and this is my personal bike, and all around favorite. It is an UNRESTORED original with the initial matching number engine/trans. I saw no indicators it had ever been apart or down, and I understand what to try to find. It has constantly been a regional bike and still has the Indiana Vehicle Inspection sticker on the left fork that Indiana stopped needing in '78. It appeared to have constantly stored inside as apparent by the absence of corrosion. The initial tank is ABSOLUTELY rust-free inside, the tail panel and side covers had no damage, no busted tabs and no repair services anywhere. The paint WAS faded so I had them repainted making use of another set of ORIGINAL 75 tank/body set of the same color pattern and stripes as a pattern. It's a perfect match and has actually NEVER been outside, other than for these images. I rode it with another set on it and conserved my newly painted set for program. Front fender has light scratches but no dings, damages or rust. Rear fender has no damage and is shiny. The seat is the very best recreation available, along with the grab rail. Those are the ONLY 2 parts that are unoriginal. All 4 initial pipes are damage totally free, 3 are rock solid, but the upper left is soft at the rear with some little rust holes on that one only at the rear. The left bottom is near flawless. The ideal upper has some scratches and both best side have spots at the midpoint. Both right side baffles are missing out on, left side are undamaged. Both rims have glossy chrome with just some corrosion on some spokes. Rear tire is a NEW OEM manufacturing facility replacement and the front is good. Handlebars are completely straight and all controls work excellent.
