This bike is an unusual example of an XT500 survivor in outstanding condition! I bought this bike from the initial owner a year ago believing I want to do some off-road riding however chose it's in far too great of condition to abuse the means I know I will! It has 2,567 miles, still has original tires, owner's manual, the only thing I see that is not manufacturing facility is the fork brace and one tooth down front gear, as per initial owner bike was too huge and fast to ride so a one tooth smaller front gear was installed which made to front end too light!!! It was in heated condition entire life, everything works, consisting of the gauge lights, has new battery however needs charged. Can't validate any statements from original owner but the images tell their own story, no traces of mud anywhere on hubs or frame, engines sounds new, has all gears, brakes and so on
