Title in hand non refundable deposit required due to deadbeats and certified cashiers checks only check must clear to cash in hand before the motorcycle is released however cash in hand is welcome on pick up and title transfer bike will not leave till the cashiers check clears and is cash in hand period deposit must be made at auction end non refundable and not negotiable
