Has only about 1816 miles on it, Needs break work. Horn is not on at this time but we have access to it and hope to get it back on by the time it's sold. two small tears in seat. Cracked piece on carb? Minor rusting especially on main bar. I don't know if titles are usually used with these but there is no title.No license needed but ths scooter is really a collectors scooter. If you are looking for one to ride because you've lost your license or whatever, you would be better off getting a newer model in this price range.We are out in Warren, IN. near hwy 3 and 218. zip 46792
