Up for bid is an 1977 XR75 with a 1974 Engine I have owned this bike for 20 plus years and did a full restoration on it several years ago.The bike is equipped with the very rare original DG swing-arm and exhaust pipe, these are real DG parts made in the mid 1970`s not the re-pop or copies that are very common to find. Back in the 1970`s these converted or DG part equipped bikes where labeled or know as DG Racers ! DG also made parts for 125cc motocross bikes like the Elsinore and RM 125`s very hard to even find info on them.The front end or forks and triple clamps are Betor brand made in Spain and Boge Mulholland rear shocks, very popular and great performing suspension upgrades back in the day. If you are familiar or were a dirt bike / motocross rider like myself back then you know exactly what your looking at.This bike was built several years ago and has been on display at a local Honda dealership or in my home office since the build. Bike runs and rides excellent no issues, and has a very aggressive sound like a larger displacement four stroke thumper ( see video ) Frame is powder coated, everthing is new or have been re-zinced / chrome plated etc. New seat, cables, brake shoes, wheel bearings etc. etc. aluminum wheels laced with new OEM Honda spokes and matching IRC tires. Gas tank and front Preston Petty Mini Muder fender professionally painted with two stage acrylic urethane PPG automotive paint.The bike is in flawless / mint condition only ridden up and down the street since build.No title but will provide bill of sale if so desired.Please email for any questions or concerns.Thank you for your interest Steve
