Folks...search the world for another 1977 Kawasaki kz400 deluxe...these are rare indeed.35 h.p. and a 5 speed transmission. Factory vintage "bagger" ...be cool ...bid to win!I have decided to sell this bike to the highest bidder..there is no reserve...auction starts off at $900The highest bidder wins the bike..deposit is expected within 24 hrs after the end.So....this gem is being offered for sale! True auction..bid to win!!!Look at the video of the bike starting up in 40 degree weather.......I can text more videos if you wish...I also have many more pictures ...I'm limited to 20..The initial COLD start has a good amount of blue smoke from right pipe until warmup.....must need a valve seal ?once engine is warming up...it's dissipating....once at operating temp or near it's gone..The bike starts easily. I rode it today.The bike has brand new service parts...brand new points, condenser, plugs...oil change..The bike has a brand new gel battery...a $100 battery...not a cheap one.The original paint gas tank has a full tank of fresh gasoline in it....there is no bubbles or rust on the tank....there is a area that paint peeled off...that is what u see...the area was primed...I don't like the gray primer ..I do plan on finding a better color and apply....that area u see is not rust...it was paint peel off to bare metal..it was primed....again..tank has a full tank of fresh fuel in it....bike starts and runs.Inside has a light preservative ...see pics...gas is fresh...almost a full tank.The bike has some scratches etc...The carburetors were electronically cleaned...The bike has no leaks...no engine oil leaks..No fuel leaks.Solid bike here .I rode the bike around my neighborhood today...was chilly...40 degrees....bike runs...The bike has no title...bill of sale only....some states are easy and some are not....know your local laws prior to bidding. Bill of sale only...I can notarize if you wish.Let's keep this a fun experience...thank you.Collectors..do you have one of these?Ask me the questions, I can't ask you them.
