Up for auction is my uncommon '79 Bultaco Streaker 125 with only 2,165 miles. It's a nimble enjoyable little bike that looks terrific and is capable of speeds over 70mph. Perfect for someone thats trying to find a little fond memories in their life. I had it in my foyer for rather a while, it's an intriguing conversation piece and reveals like fine art. It is reported that as couple of as 28 Streakers crept into the U.S. before the EPA banned sales of highway ran 2 stroke cars. The Streaker was truly ahead of its time from the steering stabilizer and cast aluminum wheels to its modern hydraulic disc brakes. I definitely enjoy the focus on information on this bike and cafe racer designing. It is absolutely a special piece to contribute to any collection!Overall the bike reveals rather well for its age. It sports an OG California blue license plate with its 1980 registration sticker label still in place. Every initial nut and bolt with manufacturing facility inscription continues to be on the bike. Both 35 year old tires are still on the bike! They are breaking a bit due to age but still hold air. Paint has actually begun to check and the gel coat on the tank is flaking a bit too, kindly see pictures. I hope the brand-new owner will certainly fall love with the patina on the bike as I did, it shows beautifully as an all initial "survivor". It would do real well as a conservation course entry. I was going to restore it but its just too incredible the way it sits. I even left on the initial grips which are a testimony to it's age.
