1979 HONDA CBX 1000-1200 ,I expect this is one of the mot famous Cbx's from that 1979 era ,Why? it was built by one tof the top Japanese motorcycle builders of this era "Kaz Yoshima" Ontario Moto.Kaz only built one complete Cbx back in the day for a wealthy Vet in New York,this is it .I have owned it for 17yrs and it been on display after I restored the wheels and numerous other parts ( running back then) .-1200 kaz piston kit -Kaz Camshafts ,also porting ,springs valves -steel rods ,fully balanced -Kaz special 29mm smoothbore 6x carb setup -Undercut transmission -Clutch upgrade -dyna ignition -Rare , Kar-gard coating, complete engine -6-2 superbike Kerker or with a new set of Motogpwerks stainless 6-2 superbike exhaust-black calfab swingarm ( I own calfab) -Magnesium wheels epm ,with rotors -Corbin seat-lockheed calipers -Nitrous ,6 port …never sprayed, or hooked up ( still think its a full bottle from day one ) -sport kit (rare) The bike was built 40+yrs and at a cost of $35000 back then. I have 5x CBx's so its time for this one to get away from my entrance to my toilet !I don't need the money so keep your low offers to a project CBX. Ran prefect before storage ,went through it again during the pandemic sold as is where is ,Texas title I have no problems recommissioning (running) it for a agreed price if it doesn't sell ,going into storage or Bring a trailer.
