THIS IS AN ABSOLUTLEY GEORGOUS HONDA GL1100 GOLDWING INTERSTATE MORORCYCLE WITH LOW MILES!This motorcycle is 100% factory original. Everything on this motorcycle is fully stock and original (OEM), genuine from Honda in 1981. This is exactly what it looked like when it rolled off of the Honda dealership floor in 1981. This is one of the most beautiful Honda Goldwing 1100 motorcycles that I’ve seen. I’m the second official owner of this bike. The original owner would jokingly claim that he treated this motorcycle better than he treated his own children! The motorcycle has been extremely well taken care of and garage kept 100% of its life.It’s hard to find a 1100 Goldwing in the gorgeous condition that this is in. On average, vintage/classic Honda Goldwing's like this that are found these days will usually be in poor cosmetic condition based on being left outside and poor upkeep. Either way, they are altogether hard to find these days. It’s amazing how new this motorcycle looks knowing that it’s a vintage/classic motorcycle. Take the original OEM seat for example. The seat is without question in beautiful condition. The seat has absolutely no rips or tears and is as soft and supple as it was when it was first rolled out of the factory in 1981.These GL1100 motorcycles are famous for having a very comfortable seat that you can sit on for hours ache free and more than comfortably seat an adult passenger for long distance trips.The Honda factory paint is also original and gorgeous. You can argue that this specific model with it's gloss black, gold and chrome (dual chrome/stainless steel pipes and gold emblems) color scheme is the best (and most popular) color style in comparison to the other color options on the Goldwing 1100. It's a timeless color setup and is one of the multiple reasons why this motorcycle stands out and gets attention. This Honda Goldwing 1100 touring motorcycle has just over 48k miles on it which is very low mileage for this type of 4-cylinder tourer. These Honda Goldwing motorcycles are designed for cross-country travel and can effortlessly run for thousands of miles coast to coast. This motorcycle looks beautiful and is very clean! It’s not in perfect condition, there are cosmetic blemishes on the motorcycle but without a doubt the motorcycle looks absolutely beautiful and stunning! If I was to count the many reasons why Honda has been making these Goldwing motorcycles since 1975 and are continuing to make them, the list would be too long to put in this listing. This specific GL1100 Interstate model is one of the most reliable motorcycles in the world (this is a commonplace statement). Bottom line: This Goldwing 1100 will run indefinitely if you take care of it. These Honda touring motorcycles were designed to exceed 350,000 miles on the engine with no problems. These engines are bulletproof.The motorcycle is ready to ride. The motorcycle was serviced last year. Since the servicing, only ethanol free gas has been put in the motorcycle. The motorcycle hasn’t been ridden much since I became the owner. I've mainly been using it as a display piece in the garage. The last time it was ridden was last month. I put between 10-20 miles on it. I would recommend a minimum tune up based on it last being serviced 6 months ago but that's optional. There are absolutely no oil leaks. I would be 100% confident in driving this motorcycle from Anchorage, Alaska to Miami, Florida and back with no problems.This motorcycle has a NADA value well over $6000 (the reserve is lower). This motorcycle is considered vintage/classic and the value is going up every single year. This is one of the nicest Honda Goldwing 1100 motorcycles that I have seen. This motorcycle is unbelievably smooth, it has lots of power and it handles very well.All lights, horn, left/right turn signals, front/rear brakes, tachometer and speedometer work perfectly. The radio, cassette player and antenna work (the antenna is removable). It also comes with CB radio options which is nice if you have a passenger. The motorcycle comes with a clean title. It also comes with a genuine Honda Goldwing key and the genuine Goldwing tool kit. A bill of sale can be created and included with the clean title for your records if you request it.This motorcycle is available to be shipped anywhere in the United States or Canada. All other countries have been restricted from bidding except the United States and Canada. If you are in another country other than the United states and Canada and wish to bid on the motorcycle please email me and an exception will be made if everything looks good. If you need this shipped, email me for a shipping quote (buyer is responsible for the shipping cost). The motorcycle can also be picked up by the buyer. We have a reasonably priced shipper that we use. They will deliver this motorcycle directly to your door/home or location of your choice. Payment methods accepted are: Certified cashier’s check, bank wire transfer, PayPal (PayPal charges a 3% fee that will need to be added to the total if PayPal issued).
