Vintage Harley-Davidson FLHT Shovelhead w/9k Original Miles!A real time capsule. Original paint (Claret Red). Unrestored, unmolested, completely original just like when it rolled off the assembly line in Milwaukee.The FLHT was introduced in 1983. This was an Electra Glide based on the FLT Tour Glide frame, but using the Electra Glide "batwing" fairing instead of the Tour Glide frame-mounted fairing. Only 1,426 FLHT’s were made in 1983. So not many out there. It’s a one-year only bike, the following year the FLHT's Shovelhead Motor was replaced with the all-new Evolution Motor.Runs and rides great, need nothing. Tires like new, oil/filter just changed. Meticulously maintained.Bike is located in Fredonia, WI 53021. I am 30 minutes North of Milwaukee.Bike can be viewed if local, and I will gladly work with your shipper if out of State.I am a long-time AMCA Member and I occasionally turn to eBay to sell vintage H-D’s and other cool parts and accessories that you won’t find anywhere else.Please, no tire-kickers or dreamers.
