THE CARB HAS BEEN REBUILT AND IT HAD A TUNE-UP ABOUT 2 1/2 MONTHS AGO. THE BACK TIRES ARE ABOUT 80%. THIS HAS A HEAVY DUTY RACK WELDED ONTO THE BACK. IT ALSO COMES WITH 2 BRAND NEW EXTRA OIL FILTERS.PICTURES UPON REQUEST.
