THE RACK COULD USE A PAINT JOB. THE REST OF THE PAINT IS IN GREAT SHAPE. THE PLASTICS DO HAVE SOME MINOR SCRATCHES, BUT FOR BEING 30YRS OLD IT IS IN AMAZING CONDITION. TIRES ARE ORIGINAL AND IN GREAT SHAPE NO ROT. RUNS GREAT AND LIGHTS WORK PROPERLY. HAS A TINY SEAM TEAR IN LEFT FRONT EDGE OF THE SEAT,.
