About this vehicleThis 1986 Honda VF1000R Interceptor is a classic motorcycle with a clean title and 32000 miles on it. The owner has cherished it for over fifteen years and mainly used it for leisurely weekend rides. Vehicle Details1986 VF1000R HONDA Interceptor. Bike has not been operating since 2020. Both shocks have leaked out fluid, so that will be the first thing to be addressed with this bike after putting in a new battery.Prior to 2020, carb rebuild with jet kit and new floats were installed.Custom 4-1 Supertrapp exhaust system.K&N air and oil filters.Michelin tires (extremely low miles)Denso iridium spark plugs.Bartlett clutch plates.New chain in regard to milage.Just to be crystal clear, the VF1000R will require some work. I don't know what else might need replacing after sitting idle that long. If you're a mechanic, then you already understand what lies ahead.Bike does not have original paint. Any alterations made to the bike can always be switched back, but I do not have anything lying around that I can include with this sale.Bike has been safely covered.Anyone purchasing vehicle must know that it is located in a gated community. It is not a mechanic shop to pull the bike apart and give it a tune-up. The management here has very strict rules about that sort of thing. Other Deposits are nonrefundable.
