1986 Honda Rebel 450 (CMX450) RARE Bike or cash + tradeI Have a classic and rare Honda Rebel 450 I have to get rid of but I dont want to. Im moving out of state with not as many months of riding season.I found her in a garage being stored for 15 years. Ive brought her back to life, purrs like a kitten. A slightly rough kitten, she could use some good ol' fine tuning. New plugs,new oil, oil filter,new fuel filter.Rebuilt carbs with new rubber gaskets and floats.New intake manifold O-Rings.New battery and fuses.NO RUST in the gastank. Tank has been lined with Creeme.The bads: Seats need new covers (the foam looks fine) Found on ebay for $50 for the pair.It has some surface rust due to the constant temp change in the garage.Needs new back tireThe bike had been dumped at a low speed by the PO. There is a silver dollar sized dent in the tank, needs right mirror right turn signals (cracked but still functional)I have a factory dealer repair and parts manual I will include with as well. It also has all the maintenance and paperwork from the previous owner.Bike is on non op with no back fees. All you have to do is register, fix a couple things, and ride!This bike is rare and was only produced for 2 years (1986-1987). Honda doesn't disclose the exact numbers of bikes produced but through research they're even more rare on the west coast. My search of craigslist found only3-5 in all of California for sale.Buuuttttt.. Im pricing it to sell. $1400 obo. I'm asking the OBO of the amount I paid and put into her. But, I'm not set on my price and no unreasonable offer will be refused. No low offers please!I'm willing to do a partial trade and cash as well. The things I need are:-A name brand CD player with front aux input. (it doesnt matter if its old, as long as it doesnt look beat up)a car audio amp (under 600w)a 10 inch sub in square boxCar audio cables- A Name brand cordless drill set. 14.4v and up- A new or like new top post truck battery (min 600cca)- an LCD/LED/Plasma TV 32" up to 40"- Mid Size Mini Fridge with freezerCall or txt or email530-632-XXXX
