1988 BMW K75S, otherwise known as the "Flying Brick". The S bike is the Sport version, with disc brakes front and back. I would put its condition in the good/very good category.? This bike has 101,000+ miles, but got a 50,000 mile rebuilt motor over the winter. Maybe 2,000 miles on it since then. Ebay emails confirming transaction can be supplied.? Clutch replaced last year? Recent oil change? Front tire has lots of tread, rear will need to be replaced immediately.? Progressive 412 shock installed in 2011.? Original paint, which means all sorts of small blemishes.? Hard BMW saddlebags.? Aeroflow touring windscreen, about 3 years old.? Tank bag? Choice of Corbin seat (have two) for extra $100? Clean Washington title.Features:? Smooth-as-silk shaft drive, no chain to mess with? Center stand? Gear Indicator? Kickstand goes up when clutch pulls in so you don't take off with it down? Fuel Injected, 3 cylinder motor? 750cc? 5-gear transmission? Tach and speedo work flawlesslyIssues:? This is a tall bike, so inseam-challenged riders may be uncomfortable.? Bike had a low speed drop early 2010, the saddlebag got scuffed, and the fairing got a couple of white spots where there used to be paint. Turn signal has a bit of plastic missing but works just fine.? The seat latch is broken, this is a common problem with these bikes, but seat fits squarely and does not shift while riding.Please note, this motorcycle is priced competitively for the condition it is in and the miles on the newer engine. It has never been a garage queen, and is not a show bike. It will go fast, shift smoothly, and put a big smile on your face.More pics on request.You can take it for a ride ONLY if you have a motorcycle endorsed license, and ONLY if you've brought cash.
