You are bidding on a low mileage (8,850 miles / 14,242 kilometers) 1991 “Japanese Market” Honda CBR400RR that has been extremely well cared for and maintained. This motorcycle was originally purchased in Japan by a U.S. Military Serviceman who brought it back with him when he returned to the U.S. Below is a list of key upgrades and changes that have been made to the original motorcycle:The original black, teal, and silver body work was swapped for the orange, white and black Repsol livery. I have all the original body work packed in boxes. (reference the pictures to see what the original body work looked like)The gas tank and wheels were painted to match the Repsol color schemeA carbon fiber exhaust and rear fender were addedUpgraded rear shock, front fork springs, foot pegs and adjustable brake and clutch levers were added3M Clear Bra was added to all front facing and leading edge body work and on the gas tankAll fluids have been replaced in the past year including the front fork oil. Since I have owned the bike I have only used fully synthetic motorcycle oilThe chain is in great shape and was cleaned and lubricated over the winterA new petcock was installed this past winterThe motorcycle is stored in a climate controlled garage year roundThe battery was replaced in 2021 and is always connected to a de-sulfating trickle chargerI only use non-ethanol gasoline in my motorcycles along with gas stabilizer. In addition, I ensure all my motorcycles are run to full operating temperature during the winter at least once a month.This motorcycle needs nothing and runs perfectlyI made a short cold start and walk around video that I will be glad to send to any interested party. The motorcycle is currently registered and titled in Colorado in my nameIf you don't mind not having a completely factory original CBR400RR, then this motorcycle is a great example of a well maintained and tastefully modified CBR400RR, that in my opinion, looks fantastic.Please know that I am very easy to work with and honest (please reference my eBay rating). The winning bidder MUST contact me within 24 hours to discuss and arrange full payment. I am flexible in regards to how the full payment is made, and I will be glad to work with the buyer on coordinating shipping if that is necessary.As a final comment, I will say that I seriously struggled with deciding to sell my CBR400RR, but I have too many motorcycles as it is and I rarely get around to riding it as much as I would like to. I would rather have the motorcycle go to a new owner that I hope will maintain it and cherish it as I have, and more importantly, ride it more than I have. Best of luck to all the bidders.
