Completely customized constructed bike, done right nothing spared. Developed in 2006, the bike was constructed beginning with a Donor 1993 Harley Davidson 1200cc Sportster. Bike is labelled from this contributor which had 41,600 miles on it. Custom-made Frame was jig developed and tig welded. Custom Chrome 8" over springer front end. The framework rolls on 80 spoke chrome rims 18" back and 21" frt, with installed Dunlop Elite Tires 250-40-18 90-90-21 and rear front. Drive chain starts with a 5 speed transmission, sturdy cutch pack and yellow 530 chain. Connected to a 1200 cc engine with 883 heads, over sized valves with major portwork and compression releases and crane cameras. Fuel gets generated from an SS carbohydrate and intake. Ignition is Hi-4 with Accel power coil and Taylor wires.The other noteworthy customized items are a hand produced seat pan with adjustable shock, exhaust and gas tank. Rear fender is constructed from 3 stacked and welded fenders for a strut less look however still can hold a passenger, stick on Maltese seat consisted of. Other custom items included manage grips and bars, ford tail lamps, oil bag and internally wired for a clean crisp constant appearance. None of this customized list inlcudes the paint task! Speaks for itself! Paint is perfect!Bike weighs simply under 400lbs, this weight ratio makes it a FAST bike!
