Superhero Harley is based on a Daytech frame (stretched 2 inches and raked 38 degrees) that has been molded and powdercoated. A Daytech swing arm has been shocked and sprung with Progressive coil-overs, and 2-inch-lowered Harley-Davidson forks are held on the frame by polished and anodized red-satin-finish BW Billet triple trees. RC Components wheels (21-inch front and 18-inch rear) hold Metzeler rubber and rotors for the Performance Machine brakes. Daytech fenders hang precariously low over the wheel-and-tire package. A Pro One gas tank and a Triple E oil tank hold the vital fluids for the Captain and offer a place for him to rest or defend the world just above the 100hp 96-inch Evo hellraiser. To generate the firepower needed to conquer evil, the engine was equipped with parts from S&S, Manley, Crane (roller rockers), Jims (lifters), Dyna (ignition), Thunder Header, Linewebber, S&D, Pro One and NOS. The nitrous was added to ensure victory. For a smooth transfer of power, a Barnett clutch was added along with an Andrews primary drive gear. The drive is covered by a slick piece from Arem. Some of the custom tricks include a handmade oil cooler equipped with AN aircraft lines and fittings, BW Billet disc floaters and an ostrich-covered seat with an inlaid view of the Captain. Ness drag-bar handlebars outfitted with Pro One grips lead the way, and a Headwinds headlight, a CCI taillight and Doss turn signals notify the world. So even though Captain America was never equipped with superpowers, he can now rest easy because his bike has superpowers to spare.
