Unique 1996 Virago XV1100S with only 1000 miles on the clock given that an expert reconstruct by Under Pressure, Ft. Lauderdale. Now has 19000 miles on the clock. The bike began smoking a little at 18000 miles. I took it to Steve from Under Pressure and he opened up the engine and discovered the back cylinder oil ring had folded over itself. I then had them do the following while the motor was open: new piston rings, barrels sharpened, complete head tasks. Pushed new seats and new valves. Had the carburettors rebuilt. New carb rubbers to the heads. I likewise had the front shocks restored as one was beginning to weep oil a little. The bike has done 1000 miles given that, so just run in once more now, in fact. as brand-new. Never had any problems with the bike besides the smoking a little which I cared for effectively. The engine and exhaust is stock standard, sounds definitely beautiful, and goes like a rocket. I have test driven Many Viragos with so called loud efficiency pipelines and to be sincere, this bike leaves them all in the dust. It is very fast.
