32' fifth wheel w 2 slides and gooseneck hitch. Can deliver locally for rt gas n tolls x4. I am the second owner. Few issues that need TLC, leaky sink faucet stem (when running water), slide awnings in bad shape. But I have many new parts for it like new sink faucet and awning material. We are just too old and lame (post-surgery) to camp anymore. See attached pictures for specs and options. First owner got ALL the options for a cost of $47k back in 97. In 2023 dollars that is $89k! This is a high-end camper. First Owner added roof AC in bedroom that just stopped working, but the original ducted system was the larger optional one in LR. Brand new still in plastic queen mattress. New Tires, deep cycle batteries, and propane tanks new. 3 years ago; New roof and bearings packed. national search for similar RVs yielded 320 5th wheels; the lowest prices being $9K, and over $10K (asking price) after only 4 ads. 19 foot awning in good shape as well as interior/ cabinets, etc. All major appliances work/ everything works.
